Practice discovering and tuning into your truth. Come with curiosity to understand your self on a deeper level and practice expressing what is most alive in you. Wednesday Mercury energy understands movement and communication, helping carry information from one level to another.

Discover and indulge in what you love, relax into the beauty of life. What inspires you? Where do you feel most at home? What springs from you naturally without effort? Venus helps balance us physically and emotionally letting creativity (of any kind!) flow freely.

Explore the wisdom and guidance of your intuition or "gut feeling". Tune in to your inner knowing, truths which are known and felt without thought and beyond rationalization. Moon energy supports this inward reflection, shining light into the darkness.

Our hands are a main gateway to our physical existence. They allow us to function in all aspects of our lives and constantly absorb information about the environment. Show your hands some respect and explore how different hand positions affect subtle energy. 
sensory exploration
Take a tour of your own body and the organs which create your entire life experience. Sight, Touch, Sound, Smell, Taste, all are avenues of awareness and ways in which we experience pleasure or pain. Learning to manipulate the senses allows us greater control over our responses and cravings.

yoga nidra: guided relaxation (typically lying down) In yoga nidra, you experience a state between sleeping and being awake. In this space, you are able to connect to your subconscious and plant seeds you would like to grow.

Take time to align with your self, intuition, and goals at the start of the week with the intention to let this balanced, focused energy carry you through. Set the tone and attitude you want to cultivate and develop within your self, aligned to your true nature, for your greatest and highest good.

Practice opening the pathway between the heart and mind, develop the ability to feel centered within your heart and peaceful in your mind simultaneously. This connection is important for speaking your truth clearly and compassionately, feeling confident in expressing your true nature.
